There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.
Conditions for return:
- Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 24 hours of delivery.
- Products/Items should be UNUSED.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the accessories, IMEI stickers, in the same condition in which you received it. Product must also be in its original package.
- It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
- To complete your return process, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase or invoice copy.
Exchanges (if applicable)
- Products are replaced only if they are not opened and are still in their original packaging. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, then send us an email at email@example.com and you can send your product to Tech Next Mobiles, Shop Number 2/3, Celina Point, Amrulla Building , Station Road, Vasai West, Vasai, Maharashtra 401202, India or you can visit your nearby store from where your product has been purchased.
- You received a faulty/defective item.
- You received a physically damaged item.
- The item is different from description on the website.
- Items that have been worn/washed/soiled.
- Items which were sold as combos/sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items.
- Seal open branded mobile items cannot be returned in case of not being happy with the item as they can’t be resold.
Terms & Conditions
- Items must be in their original condition.
- Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled items with their original tags will be accepted.
- Brand packaging should be intact.
- Brand’s policy shall apply for specific branded item. We sell branded items and these items are bound by brand policies of repair, exchange, refunds and cancellations thereby binding the customer with the same.
- Replacements will be made basis availability of that item on the website.
- Every type of refunds will take 8-10 days after order cancellation has been verified.
